Do you plan to send your employees for training, or do you expect to hold a training at your company?
The Manufacturing Alliance of Chester and Delaware counties has been awarded an Industry Partnership grant in effect until June of 2024. This grant includes $ 50,000 to award to manufacturers to train their existing employees for courses taken between January and June 2024.
How to get started:
A list of approved training courses are found here PA Smart IP Grant 22-24 MA – Training Plan. If you do not see the course that you are interested in, we will still try to help email jlauckner@ccedcpa.com!
To get started, complete the MA Training Grant Application IWT and send to scockerham@ccedcpa.com (we recommend that you call us with the social security number of the trainee). Would you prefer a fillable form? Email scockerham@ccedcpa.com for a Microsoft Word version.
Where do you go for training?
As a resource, below are some of the companies that our industry partners have used for training their employees. You are NOT limited to these companies, and we cannot guarantee that the course you select from their offerings will match up with our grant. Grant approved courses may change from program year to program year. We will work to accommodate your preference for training topics and vendors. Do you plan to use your own staff member to train your employees instead of seeking an external training company? Contact us for a special document that you may submit that asks for information about your trainer.
