Free Tuition at DCCC for Members of MACC/DC – List of courses

We are pleased to announce that the Delaware County Community College will provide selected manufacturing-related courses for employees of manufacturing members of the MACC/DC at zero tuition. The zero tuition applies to courses which have seat availability within 5 days prior to close of registration in each semester. You will only need to pay the related fees which are usually about $250.00, and then saving 100% of the tuition costs! Fall classes begin August 29th and more info can be found here Register for Fall – Delaware County Community College (dccc.edu)  Register today as registration closes August 24th. College placement testing is waived for the initial class. Credit students must take the College placement test prior to taking the next class. This program applies to any of the open enrollment classes. Please see the course list below.

Process:

  1. Employees must complete and submit a college application.
  2. Employees should complete the application early in anticipation of enrollment.  This ensures that if availability exists, no delays are caused by the application process.
  3. Employer should email Dawn Most dmost@dccc.edu and Sherry Cockerham SCockerham@ccedcpa.com with the name of the student to participate in this Manufacturing Alliance program.
  4. Employer and Student will receive confirmation of enrollment.
  5. The employee will be registered and the company will be billed by the DCCC within 15 days of the class start.

The college also currently has WedNet funds available for additional training for your employees across numerous topics including technology. This could be up to $ 2000 per employer for the year.
