Presenter

Christine Miles, The Listening Guide, author of the award-winning book, What is it costing you not to Listen? and creator of the Listening Path®, will share how listening matters more than talking. You will leave feeling inspired and ready to have a different kind of conversation.

This event is geared to our Manufacturers as it will be a tour of the Aerzen facility which is near the airport, south of Coatesville. This growing firm will share some very unique facts about their building and processes.

Aerzen USA in Coatesville, PA manufactures high-end industrial blowers, vacuum pumps and compressors and is one of the most environmentally-friendly industrial buildings in the state! It is recognized as being the first manufacturing facility in the State to achieve LEED Gold certification. The plant features an energy-efficient, environmentally friendly design with Metl-Span insulated metal walls and roof panels.

The tour will be preceded with a brief 15 minute presentation as an introduction to the topic: What Is It Costing You Not To Listen: The Power of Understanding to Connect, Influence, Solve & Sell.

We promise IF you listen, you will leave with ideas that can benefit you immediately at work and in life.

This event will be in-person only an is part of the MACC/DC “Bring a Manufacturer” program. There are limited tickets available for non-manufacturers.

Did you know? If the number of women in manufacturing increased from 29% to 35% , every open job in the US would be filled.

Thank you to our host: Aerzen USA
