The Manufacturing Alliance of Chester and Delaware counties would like to share
Registration is now open for the next Empowering Women in Production cohort, beginning June 20, 2024. This program, powered by the WiM Education Foundation, is a 20-week, virtual course designed to support the professional development of women in production, production support and shop floor roles in manufacturing.
Program Details: Participants will complete coursework based on 28 core competencies manufacturers look for in their leaders including problem solving, communication skills, negotiation, time management, customer service, emotional intelligence and more. View the course outline here.
