DCCC – Online seminar about COVID-19, a first step in knowing what is needed to safely continue operations

From the Corporate College, Delaware County Community College COVID 19 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AND DO.

In this two-hour online training seminar, supervisors and managers will learn what the protocols and policies to minimize COVID 19 transmission using best practices and CDC guidelines.  He creates a “what to do” plan for close contact and/or casual contact exposure.  He provides recommendations and resources to make facility modifications/ identify number of students/ employees in certain areas and ranges, etc. to mitigate risk.

NEED DIRECTION?  You are not alone.  Companies are not explicitly required by OSHA or any other agency to have an infectious disease response plan in place, but you should base on what we are experiencing with COVID 19.  But how?  This NEW online two- hour course will help supervisors, managers, and owners take the first step in knowing what is needed to safely continue or reopen operations.

The course is taught by Michael Menz, a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Hazardous Material Manager with 32 years’ experience industrial hygiene and environmental consulting.  In addition, Mr. Menz has developed and delivered hundreds of course in topics such as Right to Know Compliance, Indoor Air Quality Investigations, EPA Asbestos Inspection and Management Planning, NIOSH 582 Equivalency, Indoor Air Quality, Industrial Hygiene Sampling, Mold Assessor Training, Silica Exposure Assessments, Mercury in Rubberized Gymnasium Flooring Management, Lead-based Paint, Dust Examination Clearances, Hazardous Waste Inventories, and more.
