What’s So Cool About Manufacturing?® (WSCM) is a career awareness program that introduces students to exciting STEM careers in modern manufacturing. Through a student video competition, teams partner with local manufacturers to create short videos that showcase today’s manufacturing careers, technologies, and workplaces. Students promote their videos to peers, parents, educators, and community members, helping raise awareness of the opportunities available in the industry. The program culminates in public online voting and an awards ceremony that celebrates student creativity and achievement.
