December 29, 2025 – RISE PA: Transformative Funding for Small Manufacturers through 2029

Manufacturers can take advantage of RISE PA funding. Round 3 is expected to open for applications sometime in January 2026.

Follow PennTAP on LinkedIn, Facebook or X and make sure you’re on our newsletter list to stay in the loop on future rounds. The application window for Round 2 of the Small Award Track (SAT) for RISE PA closed on December 15, and awards for Round 1 will be announced in the first quarter of 2026.

Eligibility for Small to Mid-Sized Manufacturers (SMM)* is as follows:

  • The site requesting funds must have manufacturing processes occurring at the assessed manufacturing facility
  • Fewer than 500 employees at the manufacturing facility
  • Project costs between $50K and $1M
