Eligibility for Small to Mid-Sized Manufacturers (SMM)* is as follows:
- The site requesting funds must have manufacturing processes occurring at the assessed manufacturing facility
- Fewer than 500 employees at the manufacturing facility
- Project costs between $50K and $1M
