Manufacturers will present their businesses and job openings\, and students will deliver their “elevator pitch”. \n12:45-1:15 p.m. Tables will be set up in the atrium area for employers and students to continue the conversation and exchange information. \nJoin MACC/DC at a meet and greet opportunity at Delaware County Community College’s Advanced Technology Center (901 Media Line Road\, Media\, PA 19063). Meet the educators and soon-to-be graduates of a 225-hour hands-on Weld Certificate Program that prepares students for entry-level welding positions. \nStudents are expected to earn their certificates in December 2025. We will learn about the program\, the students\, and educators. Perhaps you’ll meet a future employee! \nDCCC’s Welding Certificate Program delivers an introduction to welding and training in oxyfuel cutting\, shielded metal arc welding\, gas metal arc welding\, blueprint reading and basic fabrication.
