The goal of the TPP is to improve the ability of Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Employers to strengthen their talent systems to run a better business and increase defense industrial capacity. \nThe program also aims to energize the DIB by connecting maritime focused manufacturing pipelines to address crucial trade skills gaps in maritime and defense sectors. Talent Pipeline Programs are operating in Philadelphia\, Pittsburgh\, Virginia\, New York\, New England\, and will soon be launched in Southern California. \nThe Department of Defense’s (DoD) top priority program is the Columbia-Class Submarine\, which will replace the Ohio-Class Submarines.
